Fishing Overview

Penns is very low and clear with some ice but we've got a fair amount of rain forecast tomorrow which will finally bump flows up. Some BWO and midges are available on top warmer days and smaller nymphs like eggs underneath are effective. The streamer bite has been best in low light and on cloudy days.
Please be aware of redds/spawning fish and DO NOT target them. Look out for clear patches of gravel, avoid those areas and help protect the amazing resource we all enjoy!
