Job Title: Retail Sales Associate – Muncy, PA
Location: TCO Fly Shop – Muncy, PA
Position Type: Full-Time
Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team at our Muncy, PA store. This position includes retail sales, customer service, inventory control, and collaborating with the team on educational programs. Please apply to discuss hourly wage, salary, and additional benefits or options.
Requirements
- An open-minded attitude with the goal of learning and teaching others about fly fishing
- A team-player mentality, always striving to provide the best customer experience
- Flexible, year-round availability including some weekend hours (we do not hire seasonal employees)
- A solid understanding of fly fishing is required
- Basic knowledge of local fisheries is preferred
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers on the sales floor
- Stocking and maintaining store inventory
- Merchandising, cleaning, and organizing the store, bathrooms, and backroom
- Tagging and pricing inventory
- Assisting with ordering and other general store maintenance
