TCO Used Gear Trade-In Program

If you’ve got quality rods, reels or vises you’re no longer using and are looking to upgrade, we want to help. Simply fill out the form below and upload clear images of each item. You can submit multiple rods, reels, and vises in one form. Let’s help your gear find a new home and get you set up for your next adventure.

Please note that all payouts are issued as TCO store credit only, and TCO reserves the right to deny any trade-in at our discretion. Used gear evaluations are not available in person at our stores. Please submit all request using our online submission form below.

How It Works:

  1. Complete the form below.
  2. Upload pictures of your used gear on our website and submit below.
  3. We'll review your submission and reply to you via email within 1-3 business days with an offer.​
  4. If you choose to accept our offer, either drop your used gear off at one of our stores with a copy of your trade offer or ship it directly to our TCO Reading store.​
  5. Once your gear is received, we'll issue you a TCO gift card for the amount of your offer. The gift card is valid in stores or on our website.
