LJ got a good shot of rain yesterday and is up with color. Later this week we are expecting much needed rain which will only improve conditions.
Look for BWOs, cahill, ISOs and tan caddis late in the day. Lots of topwater action towards dark. Nymph if fish are not actively feeding on top. Check temps mid-day with the low water.

General Info

Specific Tips

Fish on the LJ love a green fly , try a case caddis or green caddis pupa and don't be afraid to swing a caddis pupa in the current. Fish should move up in the riffles early and late in the day.
Its always worth stripping a dark streamer, dead sticking a Pats Rubber legs through deeper pools as well.
