This Hardy Ultralite 5000 is a fantastic fly reel. This reel not only looks great but is also super functional. They say you can put this reel on a 5wt however it is a bit big for a traditional 5wt. This would fit perfectly on a 6wt or 7wt rod. One of the coolest features of this reel is the color coded drag, very level of drag has its own color which will allow you to really dial in the tension of your drag. The reel is in good shape, it has been fished and has some rash but it is great condition otherwise. The drag functions perfectly and there are no major blemishes other than the minor rash. Reel comes with reel pouch.
