When this class takes place, Spring will be right around the corner. Come join Connor McCoy as he shares and ties some of his proven spring confidence flies every angler should carry in their fly box to target those early spring trout. Come get ready for the spring season! 

Additional information:

  • All tying materials will be provided for students but bring your favorite vise and tools.    

  • You will learn about proportions so that the finished fly looks and acts appropriately on the water.

  • We will explore a variety of the materials that we stock in our fly shop, so that you become familiar with how they are used.

  • The class will include tips and tricks that will make the fly-tying process more enjoyable.
