TCO Fly Tying Class: Simple Smallmouth Flies with Jacob Gilliland

Join Professional Fly Fishing Guide and Assistant Manager at TCO Fly Shop Boiling Springs, Jacob Gilliland, in tying some Simple Smallmouth Bass Flies that are sure to catch fish in the summer and fall! We will cover how to tie the near nuff sculpin (blurple variant), Jacob Gilliland’s Pig Pusher (minnow variant), and the Ol’ Mr. Wiggly (chartreuse variant). Due to the time constraint of two hours, we will focus on how to tie each pattern, rather than techniques.

Materials provided. Please bring your own vise and tools  

Patterns: near nuff sculpin, Jacob Gilliland’s Pig Pusher, and the Ol’ Mr. Wiggly
