TCO Fly Shop in collaboration with Patagonia and Wyomissing Parks & Recreation are committed to community engagement and conserving our water sheds.
We are looking for volunteers for October 15th, to help us clean-up the Wyomissing Creek.
Meeting Location: Meet us at the Wyomissing Quarry Soccer Field at 9:30 am for some refreshments before we begin the clean-up at 10:00am.

We will distribute trash bags and gloves for the volunteers at the starting location and are planning on splitting our cleaning efforts with a group cleaning North towards Old Mill Rd. and South towards Berks County Park until 3:00pm.
After the clean-up: We welcome you to join us at TCO Fly Shop in Reading
where we can share stories, fire up the grill, and cheers to cleaning our watersheds.
* For family friendly fun later in the evening from 5-7pm Wyomissing Parks and Rec will be hosting their "Spooky Hollow" event at the Happy Hollow Playground featuring food vendors, a Zoo America exhibit called “Creatures of the Night,” live music, a haunted house, crafts for kids, games, scary stories and other spooky surprises.
What to Bring to the Clean-Up?
Waders are useful for traversing the creek, but are not necessary as there will be plenty to collect along the banks of the Creek. Be sure to bring whatever you may need for a day hike (weather appropriate clothes, hiking boots, water, etc.)
