We're happy to announce our partnership with 180 Trout in this exclusive trip to Chilean Patagonia. This is highly visual streamer fishing for big brown trout that average 22-25" and many that exceed that and push the 30" mark. There is very limited angling pressure in this region and space is very limited!

About: Our mission is to provide an authentic fishing experience in Chilean Patagonia with experienced guides and comfortable accommodations, without the inflated costs associated with international travel. Years of experience in the field, along with intimate knowledge of the region’s fisheries better ensure that your trip will be well-organized, educational and entertaining. We measure our success through our ability to convey our knowledge to our guests and the lasting relationships that come from our experiences together.
The streams, rivers and lakes in the region offer a wide variety of angling opportunities within a short driving distance. The scenery is diverse and provides a refreshing reprieve from the cold winters that many guests face in the Northern Hemisphere during the months of November through April.

Our South Central operation is based in and around the General Carrera Lake watershed. General Carrera is Chile's largest lake (700+ sq. mi.) and is the second largest lake in South America, only smaller than Lago Titicaca in Bolivia. The trout that inhabit this region, surrounding lakes, and their respective flowages grow large and can be caught in a variety of ways. Glacier rivers, gin clear outlets and small tributaries can all hold 'that fish' you've been looking for. A variety of techniques can be employed to catch these trophy-caliber fish which is correlated to water conditions, time of year and overall fish behavior. Anglers that wish to fish this area need to be flexible with their angling approach and be physically mobile as much of the angling efforts will be done on foot. Additionally, extra travel logistics are required to get to this location. We coordinate all ground transportations for our guests and it is included with the cost of each angling package. Our season in this area starts in early February and concludes in late April.
