Steve Spurgeon/TCO Main Line - Pennsylvania has a lot of water. From the Great Lakes, to the mighty Delaware River and everything in between. Most of my local water in and around Southeastern PA, however, is smaller. This being the case a rod that get a lot of use from me is my Winston BIIT 8' 4wt. This rod is long enough that roll casts and line mending doesn’t become a chore, but short enough that casting in and around summer brush is manageable. The moderate flex and forgiving top section make the BIIT a great rod for smaller dry flies and nymphs. Which are typically the mainstay of the creeks I frequent. Finally, at just over 2 ounces, this rod is a joy to cast for hours!

This rod is constructed of Boron and Graphite. Rod is 8’ long is a 4 piece and weighs 2 ¼ oz.
