TCO Fly Shop is one of the largest fly fishing dedicated retailers in the United States. With three stores (in PA), and a strong web presence, TCO Fly Shop encompasses all aspects of the sport. TCO employees have to fill multiple roles within the normal work day, these responsibilities include:
- Merchandising and selling in one of the three retail locations (Reading, Bryn Mawr and State College) - Processing web orders coming in from multiple channels
- Guiding and Instructing anglers in the sport of fly fishing

Experience Desired:
- Experienced in multiple facets of fly fishing (Fresh and Saltwater)
- Retail Experience
- Good with customers
- Computer skills including Photoshop, Excel, Word and Dreamweaver and or web programming.
