TCO is excited to announce the opening of the newest TCO location, TCO Fly Shop at the Hungry Trout Resort in Wilmington, NY just outside of Lake Placid. The shop is located right on the world famous Ausable River and is the gateway to a fly anglers paradise in the beautiful Adirondacks.

The Hungry Trout Fly Shop has been the premier destination on the Ausable River for years... known for great flies and fly fishing gear, the best guides on the river along with friendly, knowledgeable and consistently exceptional service. The Hungry Trout Resort is the place to stay on the river and offers private access to "The Dream Mile" of the Ausable River. With two great places to dine, drink and share fishing stories the Hungry Trout Resort is a welcome home away from home to fly fisherman that travel from across the country to experience the special and historic waters of the Adirondack region.

TCO Education		Private Water
We offer lessons, workshops and demonstrations on every aspect of the fly fishing experience. Classes in and around the shop will be plentiful and convenient. But learning on the water is paramount to improving your fishing IQ. We specialize in the Ausable River and the many rivers and ponds that surround the Lake Placid area. We also host adventure trips to the many regions of the Adirondacks and surrounding Whiteface Mountain. Experience the vast fly hatches on the famed Ausable River with one of our talented and knowledgeable fly fishing guides. If its seclusion you are after, then the private Brook trout ponds are waiting for you! Fish up to 5 pounds are not uncommon nor are 30 fish days!
